Walking in Spain
We are expecting a lot of interest in our pre Christmas Dec 4th departure to Alicante.
Book Early – minimum group size is 6 maximum 12.
Our Spanish holidays are on the Costa Blanca in the province of Valencia, it’s cheap and easy to get there flying Easy Jet into Alicante airport. We coordinate flight bookings so you travel with other walkers, we meet you at Alicante airport and transport you to the chosen hotel. The holiday price includes half board single ensuite room hotel accommodation. Airport pickups, drop offs and local transport is all included in the price of the holiday.
These are carefully planned holidays customised to meet your requirements. Early booking is essential and enables you to get cheap air travel. Once you have decided you are interested in coming please email jim@walkaboutholidays.com immediately. We will advise on availability and give your booking our close individual attention at every stage. . Holiday details are confirmed once we have a group of at least 6 people and no later than 8 weeks before the departure date. In the event of minimum numbers of 6 not being achieved we will offer an alternative date or return your deposit forthwith.

The Costa Blanca is the sunniest, warmest, driest place to be in Europe in the winter months. The monthly rainfall average in the winter is 36 mm per month (with an average 5 sunny hours a day) . Temperature average 15C. Comparable figures for England would be 75mm of rain per month, 2 sunny hours per day and max, monthly average temperature 7C.
